Terms & Conditions

Payment

- We require full payment upfront for our graze boxes and boards but for our graze tables we ask for a 50% deposit to be made at the time of booking. The remaining payment will need to be made a week before the graze set up. Payments to be made via bank transfer.

- For our shop bookings, we ask for a £10 per person deposit to secure the booking. This is non refundable/transferable if the booking is cancelled. If we have to cancel the booking, we will of course refund the deposit or transfer your booking to another date.

Cancellations


- If 72 hours notice is given for our graze boxes and boards or shop bookings, we'll be happy to offer a refund. 


- We do not offer refunds for graze tables but if the date needs to be changed, we'll do our best to accommodate this as long as enough notice has been given. 

Dietary requirements

- We ask at the time of placing your order to inform us of any allergies, intolerance's or dietary requirements. Our boxes, boards and tables are not prepared in an allergen free environment, we do of course have everything in place to avoid cross contamination. 
 

- The items in boxes shown in our pictures may vary slightly to those listed as each box is to suit each individual order. We will however do our best to meet all requests made.

Keeping the food fresh

- All of the food is prepared fresh right before delivery, so we advise that the graze boxes/boards are consumed the same day. 
- It is your responsibility to keep the food chilled once delivered.
